Hey there! Welcome to my site. I've had quite the professional journey. You can learn more about on my resume page. Ever since middle school I knew I wanted to get into graphic design. My junior college adventures really got me into exploring art, both fine and graphic arts. Once I moved onto my undergraduate degree, I started exploring interactive design, and how to make something truly dynamic and engaging. I explore even more forms of media like photography, sound design, videography and animation. I landed a few design gigs, including freelance web work for anyone and everyone I could get in touch with. I worked at a record label for a while, leading a street team full of hundreds of people, designed T-shirts, and began exploring social media as a marketing tool.

Today I'm working full-time in a museum environment, leading the web and social media team. I have worked on some digital interactives for exhibitions. I am close to getting a graduate degree. This time I'm learning to make designs attractive, dynamic, engaging and usable as well. How people learn has always been an interesting topic for me, and I look forward to incorporating that into my design.

In my free time I like to travel as much as possible. The photo on the right is from my recent trip to Istanbul. My husband and I like to create costumes for comic cons. I also have some weird obsession with miniatures that may lead into creating dollhouses one day.
